Looking for a RELL Seas crew?

The Tavern is the crew finder of the RELL Seas Crews site. Sailors without a crew work a daily dock shift and show up in the Hiring Hall, where captains see how active they are. Captains invite the sailors they like, and sailors can ask any recruiting crew to take them in. Crews also post cargo jobs here and pay other crews in Doubloons to deliver them.

Questions

How do I find a crew in RELL Seas?

Sign in with Discord and open the Tavern. Captains see every sailor without a crew, how active they are, and can invite them with one tap. You can also ask a crew to take you in from its page.

What is the dock shift?

Sailors without a crew can work one dock shift a day for Doubloons. It keeps your daily streak going, and captains look at your shifts when they recruit.

How do captains recruit sailors?

Captains and officers open the Tavern, check each sailor's shifts, streak and purse, and send an invite. When the sailor accepts, they join the crew roster right away and get the crew Discord link.

What are Tavern jobs?

Crews post the cargo they need, like iron or cloth, with a Doubloon reward taken from their chest. The first crew to deliver gets paid.

Does anything here carry over to the RELL Seas game?

No. The Tavern is part of the community crews site. Crews, Doubloons and rewards here are separate from the Roblox game.
